Nearly a year and a half ago, Watch Dogs: Legion was released and your rebellion against the autocratic system in London began. This is now coming to an end, as Ubisoft announced over the weekend that post-launch support for the action adventure game would be discontinued.

In October 2020, Ubisoft released Watch Dogs: Legion. In March 2021, the rebellious adventure opened up for its online mode. Now, almost a year later, Ubisoft surprised its community with the announcement that they would be discontinuing post-launch support. Reasons for this decision were not given.

However, they thanked the community for their great support and feedback. Furthermore, they explained how Watch Dogs: Legion will continue: Seasons 3-5 of the online mode will repeat and return to the game. This will give players the opportunity to look for rewards that have been left lying around.

Fans, for one, seem saddened by this decision. After all, the game has a lot of potential and possibilities. At the same time, they are happy that Ubisoft is speaking so openly about the termination of post-launch support. In this way, Ubisoft is far ahead of its competitor Rockstar, which is gradually letting Red Dead Online disappear into oblivion.
