CoD Winter Event Festive Fervor – It’s Christmas in Warzone & Vanguard

The new Call of Duty Winter event is coming to both Vanguard and Warzone this weekend.

The new seasonal event for the holidays, Festive Fervor, launches this weekend in Call of Duty. Starting on Friday, December 17, the event will run until the end of the weekend.

The Winter and Holiday Event brings new cosmetics like the Santa’s Slay Bundle, as well as limited-time game modes and challenges in Warzone and Vanguard. Shipment gets a festive makeover. In the new Festive Fervor Armageddon game mode, there will be hidden elves that players can eliminate to earn a killstreak.

The Christmas horror character Krampus will also make an appearance in Vanguard. Krampus will appear in the multiplayer games and target players who have a less impressive score. Players:in are warned to avoid the end of the scoreboard if they do not want to run into the folklore legend.

For Warzone, festive fir trees will be placed on the new Caldera map. When players:inside reach these firs, several Supply Boxes will appear for a period of time. Some of these boxes will reportedly contain legendary items. Krampus will also hunt players in this Battle Royale mode. Similar to Vanguard, there will be hidden elves on this map.

Vanguard owners will receive a bonus of 10 Tier Skips for the event, a 10% XP bonus modifier and 24 Vanguard Tiers.
