LoL patch 13.15 early patch notes – first look at upcoming nerfs & buffs

On August 2, the next League of Legends patch. will be released. We take a look in advance at what nerfs and buffs we can expect on 13.15

No sooner has the new champion Naafiri been released than it’s already time for a new patch. In 13.15, Naafiri and Kai’Sa in particular will get their asses kicked, while Yasuo and Yone will get a boost. You can find all the information in the Early Patch Notes here.

When is LoL Patch 13.15 coming?

According to the official League of Legends patch schedule 13.15 will be released on Wednesday, August 2.

Annie

R – Summon: Tibbers

• Tibbers Base
   

  Resistances adjusted: 30/60/90 -☻ 30-90 (depending on level)

• Tibber’s resistances no longer scale with 5% AP
• Tibber’s base life adjusted: 1300/2200/3100 -☻ 1150-3500 (depending on level)

Heimerdinger

R – UPGRADE!!!

• H-28Q Apex Turret Base life increased: 850-1450 (depending on level) -☻ 725-1525 (depending on level) 
• H-28Q Apex Turret Armour increased: 10-80 (depending on level) -☻ 30-90 (depending on level) 
• H-28Q Apex Turret Magic Resistance increased: 25-65 (depending on level) -☻ 30-90 (depending on level) 

Ivern

Base Stats

• Magic Resistance reduced: 32 -☻ 30
• Magic resistance factor reduced: 2.05 -☻ 1.3 

W – Brushmaker

• Base Damage of Allies increased: 5/7.5/10/12.5/15 -☻ 10/15/20/25/30 

E – Trigger seed 

• Base shield increased: 80/115/150/185/ 220 -☻ 85/125/165/205/245 
• Shield AP scaling reduced: 75% -☻ 50%

R – Daisy! 

• Daisy duration reduced: 60 seconds -☻ 45 seconds
• Daisy base life adjusted: 1300/2600/3900 -☻ 1000-4000 (depending on level)
• Daisy base resistances adjusted: 20/60/100 -☻ 30-90 (depending on level) 
• Daisy resistances no longer scale with 5% AP
• Daisy-AD scaling reduced: 30% -☻ 15% 

Kai’Sa

Q – Icathian Rain 

• AP scaling per bullet reduced: 30% -☻ 20%

W – Void Seeker

• Cooldown refund reduced: 77% -☻ 75%

Naafiri

Passive – We Are More 

• Packmates now do 25-75 bonus damage to monsters (depending on level)

Yasuo

Passive – Way of the Wanderer

• Base shield is now increased depending on the level

Yorick

R – Eulogy of the Isles 

• Mistress (Maiden) Base life adjusted: 350/1825/3300 -☻ 400-1650 (depending on level) 
• Maiden life scaling reduced: 70% of Yoricks-Max-Health -☻ 60% of Yoricks-Max-Health
• Maiden armour and magic resistance adjusted: 10-50 (depending on level) 
• Maiden now has 12.5 life regeneration
