In April 2025, there will be some new and exciting additions to the Xbox Game Pass, but also some departures.
There is a coming and going every month with the Xbox and PC Game Pass. In April 2025, you can look forward to a real strategy highlight and a stylish Soulslike. However, as usual, some titles will be removed from the range.

Highlight – Commandos: Origins

Commandos: Origins takes you back to the roots of the real-time tactics genre and tells the origin story of Jack O’Hara and his famous special forces unit. As a squad consisting of a Green Beret, a sapper, a sniper, a driver, a marine and a spy, you will complete high-risk missions on the battlefields of World War II.
All of your missions have one thing in common: they require the highest level of tactical thinking Only with well-thought-out plans, skillfully targeted attacks, and perfectly maneuvered stealth actions will you avoid becoming little more than cannon fodder.
Commandos: Origins will be released on April 9, 2025for PC, console and cloud.

These games are leaving Game Pass in April 2025
It is not yet known which games will leave Game Pass in April 2025. As soon as that changes, we will update this article.
South of Midnight is the new game from Compulsion Games, the creators of We Happy Few, and takes you to the southern United States. In the stylistically confident Soulslike, you learn the ancient art of weaving magic and fight mythological creatures from American folklore. The game will be released on April 8, 2025 for PC and Xbox Series X/S and will be available in the Game Pass Ultimate and PC subscription levels at launch.
