The free2play shooter XDefiant has been playable in a closed beta for a few days. In the meantime, some CoD experts have already taken a look at the game and formed a surprisingly positive opinion. But what is it that makes XDefiant good, and perhaps even better than Call of Duty?

One Shot sniper and maps: The German CoD streamer (Aimbrot) has already published two videos about XDefiant on YouTube. For him, the shooter is even better than CoD, which he attributes to the lack of SBMM , among other things. Content richness and communication: CoD expert (Espresso) likes that XDefiant ties in with the golden age
of CoD and has such things as a classic minimap. In addition, the shooter already offers a lot of content in the beta, such as a wide selection of maps and weapons. He also praises that the developer stays in touch with the community and communicates everything important.
Overview and Ranked Play: The German streamer Haptic Rush is also very convinced of XDefiant. He likes the imaginatively designed maps, but also praises the clear menu navigation and the limitation to a smaller number of weapon modifications. Haptic also emphasizes that ranked games are already possible in the beta and that there is map voting.

Naturally, there is also criticism of Ubisoft”s arcade shooter, but it is quite short and mainly refers to still fixable bugs of the beta. Also, some abilities are still a bit too strong and the balancing still needs to be worked on.
