PlayStation Productions and Sony Pictures have released the trailer for the movie adaptation of the horror hit Until Dawn The film, which is set to be released in theaters on April 24, 2025, is based on the popular 2015 game. David F. Sandberg (“Annabelle 2,” “Lights Out”) directed, with Gary Dauberman (“Es,” “The Nun”) contributing the screenplay.

As Sony states, the film is set in the same universe as the game, but offers a stand-alone story with new characters. According to the creators, the spirit of Until Dawn is at the forefront, in particular the concept of decisions and their deadly consequences.
