The Eject Button is the most used battle item in Nintendo’s MOBA. Meanwhile, a Reddit user demonstrates the item’s effectiveness for attacking.

The Eject Button provides much-needed mobility in Pokémon Unite and is used frequently, especially defensively. Especially for Pokémon that can’t flee fast enough but are often in the centre of battle, the Battle Item provides relief. Now, a Reddit user has shown that the Eject Button is also of great use on the offensive side.

In his clip uploaded on Wednesday, Reddit user KilianGreen plays the new Pokémon Turtok (Blastoise) and starts a teamfight with the opponent. When they least expect it, KilianGreen first activates Turtok’s Ultimate Attack Hydro Typhoon and then immediately ignites the Eject Button.

I don’t know if this is new to you, but you can use eject button while you are ulting to hit people outside of its range from PokemonUnite

Using the Battle Item, Turtok got close enough to most opponents to fully catch them with the Unite attack and fling them into the air. The devastating combination resulted in Turtok winning the fight with the subsequent support of teammates.

It is unclear if this is an intended feature in the game or if it is a bug that will be fixed in a possible patch. Especially for beginners, hints like this clip by KilianGreen are important to know the tricks of the game and use them to their own advantage. With the upcoming mobile version, there are definitely more innovations waiting in addition to additional Pokémon.
