According to YouTuber Valrak, Warhammer 40K will be the next big Total War game, and we will supposedly learn more in December.
Fans of Total War are currently waiting longer than ever for a new game. Creative Assembly is taking its time so that the next game will hopefully be something special again. But what could that be? There are many theories, one of which keeps coming back to Total War: Warhammer 40K.
Now, the well-known YouTuber Valrak, who is particularly at home in the Warhammer tabletop scene, has spoken out. According to Valrak, Warhammer 40k will be unveiled in December – the YouTuber is “110 percent sure” of this.
Is the announcement reliable?
Valkrak is well known in the community as someone who has often made predictions that have actually come true. Many believe it is relatively likely that he actually has access to contacts directly at Games Workshop, the game publisher behind Warhammer.
Although the YouTuber’s predictions outside of tabletop gaming are considered to be rather inconsistent, many consider the announcement to be credible because he seems to be completely certain about this.

It is quite likely that we will receive new information from Creative Assembly about the next Total War in December. This year marks the 25th anniversary of Total War, and to celebrate this milestone, a major livestream was announced back in June.
On December 4, there will be a major showcase where the team will celebrate its past and set the course for the future. Expectations are high that new games will also be unveiled on this day.
According to the announcement, new fantasy spin-offs and historical projects are planned. There is no mention of sci-fi here, but many will probably classify Warhammer 40k as fantasy.
Especially since it simply makes sense not to end the extremely successful collaboration after Warhammer 3, but to continue with Warhammer 40k.

In the video, Valrak talks further about rumors and whispers surrounding a possible Total War in the Warhammer 40k universe. Overall, we still know virtually nothing about what Total War would look like in such a universe. It would possibly be the biggest Total War upheaval of all time, as Total War has never strayed far from classic battlefield combat – most notably in Empire.
