Australian indie studio Uppercut Games announces the release of “relaxation exploration” title Submerged: Hidden Depths. Explore the beautiful side of a post-apocalyptic world and uncover the secrets of a lost civilisation.

Submerged: Hidden Depths follows on from the events of its predecessor, which was released back in 2015. In the sequel, Uppercut Games continues the story of the siblings Miku and Taku. This time, the two dive into the sunken depths beneath the surface of the sea and try to find out more about a crumbled city and its lost civilisation.

Suspense is not generated by Submerged: Hidden Depths through combat. Instead, the relaxing exploration title uses the atmosphere of the surroundings. The beauty of nature meets the loneliness of the post-apocalypse and combines with the mystery of a nearly extinct culture to create a special gaming experience that invites you to wonder and dream.

The indie title was first released for Google Stadia. Now the “Relaxploritation” game is following suit on PC (Steam) , (Epic) , PlayStation and Xbox. More atmospheric indie fun is provided by the game Before Your Eyes.
