Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has been available since this morning – as expected, the first players on Steam are annoyed about the lack of performance. But a small consolation may be provided by the new clip that EA released this afternoon. In it, actor Cameron Monaghan gets a few tips from an old master.

We already reported yesterday that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is by and large up to its standards. The only major drawback is the lack of performance. The first players on Steam are also anything but taken with this. However, some report that these problems will be solved after the first planet. Fortunately, a patch is supposed to be released in the course of the day, which will hopefully solve many of these problems.

Until then, we can show the latest trailer for the game. Mark Hamill, Luke Skywalker himself, is on set giving Cameron Monaghan some acting ideas on how to use the Force. His teaching technique is so whimsical, it could have come from Master Yoda himself.

Mark Hamill seems to have accepted early in his career that he will forever be Luke Skywalker. It’s no wonder, then, that he is once again incomparably droll in these scenes. Fans are equally taken with Cameron Monaghan and the performances he had to give for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Some even wish for a live action format with Monaghan in the role of Cal Kestis. It would certainly be worth seeing.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is out this morning at 6 a.m. for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
