Together with Team Ninja, Sony has released a new trailer for Rise of the Ronin. While the last trailer focused on the individual factions   this time it’s all about the game world and activities in the upcoming Playstation5 title.

The trailer takes us by the hand and leads us to various locations in the detailed game world of Japan during the Bakumatsu period, for example Edo, Kyoto or Yokohama. We ride through the landscapes, climb mountains or take to the skies. The combat system with various weapons such as sword and bow is also introduced along the way.

Rise of the Ronin is the upcoming adventure game from the acclaimed development studio Team Ninja. The studio made a detour to China last year with Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty&nbsp. Now they are returning to the land of the rising sun with the upcoming title

The action adventure is set in the so-called “Bakumatsu” period. This is characterized by the clash between West and East, which heralds the end of the Japanese shogunate. In this time of revolution, chaos and fear, you take on the role of a ronin. The masterless samurai decides to take his fate into his own hands. Little does he realize that his actions could change the history of Japan.

Rise of the Ronin will be released on March 22nd for 79,99 Euro exclusively for Playstation 5.
