Zombie survival and single-player adventure with almost perfect ratings: You should definitely check out the new free games in the Epic Store!

The Epic Games Store has struck again, providing you with two exciting free games this week!

You have until September 26, 2024 to chance to add both the charming photography adventure TOEM and the post-apocalyptic survival roguelite The Last Stand: Aftermath to your game catalog for free.

TOEM

If you are looking for a calm, relaxed game that also delights you with its unique look, then TOEM might be just right for you.

In this hand-drawn adventure, you will embark on a journey through a lovingly designed black-and-white world. But instead of frantic action, the focus here is on leisurely photography.

Equipped with your camera, you explore different regions, help the inhabitants with their small and large problems, and capture your most beautiful discoveries with the lens.

The focus is on puzzle mechanics and creatively exploring the game world. The game has a phenomenal 99 percent positive user rating on Steam, with around 5,000 votes, praising both the minimalist art style and the charming humor.

The Last Stand: Aftermath

On the other hand, we have The Last Stand: Aftermath, which throws you into post-apocalyptic zombie chaos. As a survivor of a terrible pandemic that almost wiped out humanity, your task is not only to fight the undead, but also to accept the grim truth about your own condition. In The Last Stand: Aftermath, you play as a person who is already infected.

But instead of giving up, you set out to search for resources, weapons and useful items that will help you survive in this brutal world. The twist: when your character dies, the game is not over. You start with a new survivor and continue the journey – this is what makes the game so roguelike. This means that every game is different, with randomly generated maps and ever-changing challenges.

Whether you prefer relaxed photography or proving yourself in the fight for survival against zombies – you now have the opportunity to get both games for free until September 26 at 4:59 p.m. So, head over to the Epic Games Store and add these gems to your library.

Have you played either of these games yet? Let us know what your experience was like in the comments!
