The twelfth part of the fighting game series called Mortal Kombat 1 has now been announced with a trailer. The game picks up from the end of part 11, but is also a reboot. Fire god Liu Kang gives the people in a new world he has created the choice of living in peace or once again choosing the path of battle. They choose the latter.
The game is supposed to get a new battle system, and of course the famous Fatalities again, some of which you can already see in the render trailer. In addition, there will be a reunion with well-known characters. Besides Liu Kang, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Kung Lao, Shang Tsung, Raiden, Kitana, Mileena and Johnny Cage are already confirmed.
