There is a new trailer for Square Enix’s open-world game Forspoken – but so far only in Japanese language output. Of course, that still doesn’t stop you from checking out the new cutscenes and gameplay snippets.

In Forspoken, you play as young Frey Holland, who becomes stranded in the fantasy world of Athia and gains superhuman powers. The story-driven action-adventure will be released belatedly on 24 January 2023, after the original release was supposed to take place earlier this year. Forspoken will be available on PC and PS5 for 80 euros. The high cost already led to a new price discussion for PC games at the end of 2021.
