With a “new era”, EA Sports has announced the racing game F1 22 for July 1. Buyers of the Champions Edition will be able to race around the virtual racetracks from 28 June. The game will be released for both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One, as well as for the next-gen consoles from Sony and Microsoft (PS5 and Xbox Series X/S).

More action with sprint races and a new track
In addition to the VR feature that the community has been longing for, sprint races are also brand new in F1 22. Sprints replace Saturday qualifying and act as a shorter race with additional points before the Grand Prix.
