Just in time for the release of the highly anticipated open-world action adventure Crimson Desert on March 19, 2026 at 11 pm, the developers at Pearl Abyss are giving you a whole bunch of free in-game items.
You can use Twitch Drops to get a complete armor set for the protagonist Kliff as well as a chic horse armor for your faithful mount. Here we summarize for you how exactly this works and how many hours you have to watch streams for it.

What rewards await in the Twitch Drops
There are seven different drop levels in total, which are spread over the first two weeks after release.
The focus is on the Blue Scout Set, which is visually impressive and transforms you into a kind of blue Robin Hood.
The first week (March 19, 11 p.m.) is all about your hero Kliff’s equipment:
- 1 hour of watching: 10x “Simple Braised Meat” and the “Blue Scout Lantern”
- 2 hours of watching: “Blue Scout Earring”, “Blue Scout Necklace” and “Blue Scout Ring”
- Watch for 3 hours: “Blue Scout Shield”
- Watch for 5 hours: “Blue Scout Cloak”, “Blue Scout Armor” and “Blue Scout Hat”
Once you have successfully completed the first week, you will continue with the horse armor in the second week (March 26, 11 pm) so that your mount will also shine in the matching partner look in the future:
- 1 hour of watching: “Blue Scout Stirrups”
- 2 hours of watching: “Blue Scout Chambon”
- Watch for 3 hours: “Blue Scout Saddle”

How to link your accounts and get your loot
To ensure that the coveted items actually end up in your inventory, you need to make a few small preparations. Simply follow this short guide so that you can secure the drops smoothly:
- Connect your Twitch account to your Pearl Abyss account. The easiest way to do this is via the page “Drops & Rewards”. There, search for the Crimson Desert Drop campaign after it has started and click on the purple link button.
- Find a streamer on Twitch who is currently playing Crimson Desert . Very important: Make sure that the stream is tagged “Drops activated”, otherwise the time will not be counted.
- Sit back and watch. Alternatively, you can of course simply leave the stream on mute in the background. You can also leave the stream running (muted) on your smartphone or tablet.
- As soon as you have reached one of the time limits, a notification will pop up on Twitch. Then switch to your Twitch inventory and click on the button to claim. Alternatively, you can also use browser extensions such as FrankerFaceZ and activate there that Twitch Drops should be collected automatically.
- If everything went well, log in to Crimson Desert and enjoy your new equipment, which should automatically appear in the game.
