The story of Horizon Forbidden West goes into the next round. The DLC Burning Shores will not be released until mid-April, but can already be pre-ordered now

In Horizon Forbidden West, Aloy has been able to uncover more insights into the outbreak of the apocalypse. You can find out what awaits her now in the upcoming DLC Burning Shores. The storyline takes her to post-apocalyptic Los Angeles, which has now become a dangerous volcanic landscape. In addition to new adventures, you can also expect new characters and machine creatures.

As the storyline takes place directly after the events of Forbidden West, you must have completed the main story to play the expansion.

Those who pre-order Burning Shores can look forward to two digital pre-order bonuses. Firstly, there is the Black Age colour outfit. This is available at the first retailer that sells colour. Secondly, you will unlock the Black Age Sharpshooting Bow. This is available from the first merchant in Burning Shores.

Burning Shores will be released on 19 April for the PlayStation 5.
