The new spin-off is set to be just as realistic as fans have come to expect from the simulation series. This time, however, it’s all about the bumpy cockpit of rally cars.
With Assetto Corsa Rally, Kunos Simulazioni’s successful racing simulation series will soon have its own rally spin-off. This was announced by publisher 505 Games and developer Supernova Games.
Here you can also see the first trailer for the new racing game, which will be available on Steam starting November 13, 2025 on Steam on November 13, 2025:
What’s different in Assetto Corsa Rally?
The traditional realism and driving physics of the well-known racing game series are to be transferred to rallying. It’s available now in Early Access for $30, where you can already drive 33 kilometers of different race tracks, from gravel roads in Wales to asphalt roads in Alsace. You have a choice of ten rally cars, including models from the Group B, WRC, and Rally2 classes.
The finished game will feature 120 kilometers of tracks, all laser-scanned for a more realistic feel. The vehicle fleet will also be expanded to more than 30 models. The exact release date of the final version has not yet been determined.
Classic: A sophisticated damage model will display visible dents and calculate the physical effects on driving behavior. The whole thing is supported by a new audio system with real engine and drift sounds, as well as passenger announcements created in collaboration with real co-drivers. Without that, the rally feeling wouldn’t be complete.
Wasn’t there something else? Assetto Corsa EVO is also currently in early access. The promised open-world map around the Nürburgring has been delayed several times recently. However, EVO is being developed by a different studio than Rally, so there shouldn’t be any conflicts.
Want to see the game for yourself as soon as possible? You can: The rally spin-off will be unveiled for the first time at the SimRacing Expo in Dortmund from October 17 to 19, 2025. Several booths will be presenting the new title, which will then be launched on Steam a few weeks later.
