Basim will soon be embarking on his first adventure of his own: Assassin’s Creed Mirage. We tell you what to expect in the new trailer.

At gamescom in Cologne, Ubisoft showed new gameplay for Assassin’s Creed Mirage during the Opening Night Live show. We list for you what to expect in the trailer.

Besides spectacular camera shots over medieval Baghdad, there is a lot more to see, including:

  • Mysterious masked figures are up to no good and seem to be up to far more than espionage.
  • You see assassinations, of course.
  • In general, Ubisoft has captured the atmosphere of this environment, which is dominated by sun and sand, but is also dotted with green oasis-like accents.
  • The enemies use primitive flamethrowers to heat up Basim.
  • Many small details enhance the urban image.
  • Naturally, Basim jumps down from high buildings in style – true to the principles of his community.

What do you think of the new scenes from Assassin’s Creed Mirage? Does Ubisoft manage to return to the old strengths of one of their most famous brands? Or does the spark between you and the new hero Basim simply not ignite? Write us your views and opinions on the new part of the Assassin series in the comments!
