A new post on X shows four new images from Vessel of Hatred and also reveals the name of the area in the new Diablo 4 expansion

In early November, Blizzard announced the first major expansion for Diablo 4 at Blizzcon 2023. It is called Vessel of Hatred and is scheduled for release in 2024. A short teaser trailer has also been released, but it doesn’t reveal too much.

The known material has now been supplemented by four images via the official X account of Diablo 4 (formerly Twitter). These not only tease the story, but also show the first parts of the new game world.

It will be dark and majestic

The post reveals that the new area of the expansion will be called Nahutu In keeping with this, three images were uploaded that provide first impressions of the jungle area, as well as another showing a gloomy person. This person is carrying a mysterious object in their hand

Obviously, in Vessel of Hatred you will not only have to deal with plants and wild nature, but also with large and impressive temples that hint at a civilization. If you can’t get enough of the images, you can watch the teaser trailer from Blizzcon 2023 here:

What is Vessel of Hatred?

There is not much information about Vessel of Hatred yet. You’ll be entering a hate-infested jungle realm and slaying for all you’re worth. There will also be a new classthat has never appeared in a Diablo game before

What do you think of the new images for the upcoming expansion Vessel of Hatred? What are your hopes and fears about it? Did you like Diablo 4 at all, or have you put it aside in the meantime? Can the addon perhaps bring you back to the game? We’d love to hear what you think, so please post it in the comments!
