The probably biggest trading website CS.MONEY was hacked. Skins with a total value of 1.6 million US dollars have been stolen.

Multiple hackers struck at a well-known trading website on Saturday and stole CS:GO skins worth a total of 1.6 million US dollars. It is arguably the biggest hack to date on the site CS.MONEY.

The trading website is currently offline due to the hacker attack. Normally, players can buy and sell skins for weapons or their own character there. The items can reach a very high sales value. For example, the Dragon Lore AWP is being offered for 10,000 US dollars on the trading pages.

According to Twitter user Arrow, $1.6 million worth of CSGO skins were stolen in the hacking attack and over 50 accounts were linked to the hackers. The website CS.MONEY also spoke out on Twitter. They are currently trying to solve the problems and restore normal operation of the website. Even CS.MONEY’s competitors are offering their help in this case.

For example, BitSkins has offered full support under CS.MONEY’s tweet and is now working with the affected portal to create a list of the scam accounts in question, which will be updated regularly. These Steam accounts are immediately banned on both websites and other marketplaces are also informed about the scammers.
