With the new map and season in Call of Duty: Warzone, new weapons have also been added recently. The latest update now includes nerfs for the meta.

The numerous weapons added to Call of Duty: Warzone with the Pacific update have quickly gained popularity. The Cooper Cabin is among the most commonly used weapons in the Battle Royal. However, this could change with Sunday’s latest patch.

The damage of the Carbine has been significantly generated in the new update. Still, the Cooper Carbine is not the only weapon that has been toned down with the patch. Another very popular AR, the BAR, has been degraded in a different way: The recoil is now stronger, making it a little harder to control when firing.

The BAR is considered the best AR in the game and it was obvious that this weapon would go under the nerf hammer as it has dominated public matches so far. Players:inside will now have to see if they can master the changes to the weapon’s recoil.

Several bugs were also fixed with the patch. The Firesale Public Event was fixed and limited to a fixed duration. Several collision areas on the new map Caldera were revised. In addition, some players reported that the progress of the Festive Fervor Event was not tracked. This has also been fixed.

With the numerous other adjustments so far, Raven Software has stood by its goal of updating Warzone and tracking new bugs as they arise. Although the major patch was released just a few days ago, the game has received numerous other updates since then.
