Lost Ark is currently experiencing a huge hype. But one well-known streamer already made negative comments about the game and now retracts this statement.

Only recently, streaming star Shroud called Lost Ark “the most boring game he has ever played”. However, he mentioned that he can only speak of his experiences from the beta and that it was all about leveling. Find out why Shroud finds Lost Ark so boring in this article.

However, his opinion quickly changed after he got through that stage. For the past week, he has been playing the game excessively while streaming. In the stream, Shroud was also asked if he found the game boring. There, the streamer admitted that he believed that the game was boring. But now he is addicted to it.

You can see the whole clip here:

Why did he change his mind?

The change of mind is not surprising, because Lost Ark has an extremely unusual end game and offers many different activities. Leveling is only a short part of the game and can be completed very quickly. There are numerous videos on YouTube in which players show that you can reach the end game in 10 – 17 hours. Nevertheless, leveling didn’t seem to bother Shroud that much, because he uploaded a video about it on his secondary channel:

Furthermore, the former CS:GO pro also mentioned on New World that he likes the grind, as long as you get rewarded for it. Exactly that seems to appeal to him at Lost Ark as well. Because in the stream he shows that after one week he has already reached Tier 2.
