The Man of Honor DLC will be released in August 2026 and adds two story chapters to Mafia in Sicily.
The story ofMafia: The Old Countryisn’t quite over yet. The first story DLC expands the main game with two chapters in which you accompany Enzo on his rise through the family. Along the way, you’ll also run into an old acquaintance.
Man of Honor releases in a few months
The expansion is calledMan of Honorand will be released on August 14, 2026. Instead of taking place after the events of The Old Country, you’ll start the new chapters right in the middle of the game.
The story is set in 1905. Months have passed since Enzo Favara’s initiation into the Torrisi family, and you have already proven yourselves as reliable soldiers. The Don therefore entrusts you with an important task: you are to assist Ennio Salieri after his release from prison.
Salieri pulls Enzo even deeper into the web of the Sicilian underworld, putting his loyalty to the test.
In addition to new missions, Man of Honor introduces new weapons and vehicles, and even includes a free-roam mode. In this mode, you can team up with Salieri to complete additional jobs and search for collectibles.
In an interview withPolygon, the developers at Hangar 13 explain: “We shed light on some of the stories [Salieri] experienced in the lead-up—things that players of the previous games don’t know. […] Ultimately, his goal of getting to America is currently his driving force. And maybe that will play a role later in the story, won’t it?”
Don Salieri is one of the central characters in the first game of the series. Since this installment takes place long after The Old Country, we get to know him from a whole new perspective in Man of Honor. In the 1930s, as head of the Salieri family, he will control the American city of Lost Heaven and take taxi driver Tommy Angelo under his wing.
