Alkahestis also stepping up with a new trailer to carry on the legacy of Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. A dark fantasy world, relentless first-person combat, paired withplenty of environmental interactions–all the ingredients are there.
In the new gameplay clip, you can see combat with swords as well as bows and arrows. Since Alkahest does not use magic,you use alchemy to break through bars with corrosive acid or mix explosive vials. With a skillful kick, you can send enemies plummeting into the abyss or cut a rope so that the weight it’s holding crashes down on your foes. However, the massive monstrosity at the end of the trailer probably won’t be so easy to defeat.
