The popular adventure game “Peak” has recently received a comprehensive update that offers players a variety of new customization options. Standing out among the new features is “Grapple Mode (Stupid)”, which allows players to explore the game world in new ways using an unlimited-use rescue claw.

Variety of customization options

With the new update, players can easily disable hazards such as falling damage, spider attacks and hunger to enjoy a more relaxed gaming experience. These customizations allow players to shape the game world to their own preferences without affecting the regular gameplay.

Developers Aggro Crab and Landfall emphasize that the custom expeditions are separate from the standard gameplay and therefore no badges are awarded for achievements. “Nothing is off limits anymore when it comes to customization in our new update,” said an Aggro Crab spokesperson. This freedom encourages customization of the gaming experience.

New mini-runs and future updates

In addition to the customization options, the update offers the option to complete mini-runs. These allow players to experience just one biome instead of all six in a row. This feature is aimed at players who have less time or are looking for an easier challenge.

The developers have also announced that further updates are planned for the Custom Expedition menu in the future. These should further increase the scope and variety of customization options to offer even more players a tailored gaming experience.
