Paranormal Activity has been striking a chord in cinemas since the late 2000s. The eerie found footage film series brought ghostly horror right into your home. If you still fondly remember the blurry night vision footage, you’re in luck, because soon you’ll be able to pick up the camera yourself.

The creators of the undertaker simulator The Mortuary Assistant have set their sights on an official game in the Paranormal Activity universe.

That’s what it’s all about in Paranormal Activity: Threshold – You accompany the young couple Daniel and Jessica as they move into their new home. However, since it’s quite a dilapidated place, renovation work is needed. They unpack their good digital camera to capture the fun for posterity. However, the two soon discover that there is more to the creaking floorboards and damp wallpaper than they thought. They don’t seem to be the only inhabitants of this house.
In the game, you have to get to the bottom of the mystery of unexplained noises and movements, complete rituals, and reach multiple endings in different timelines.

The release date for Paranormal Activity: Threshold has not yet been announced. However, you can already add the title to your wish list via Steam.
