Microsoft aims to appease its subscribers with Ninja Gaiden 4 after the price increase caused discontent. However, additional titles will be added to Game Pass in October!

A lot has happened with Game Pass in recent weeks, and hardly any of it has been good news. Users of the subscription model have had to swallow a hefty price increase. At least there is some small relief for subscribers in Germany: those who keep their subscription will continue to pay the old prices for the time being.

To calm the waters again, what’s needed now is, of course, fresh games in the subscription service! Above all, the return of a legendary ninja in October should ensure this.

Highlight: Ninja Gaiden 4

  • Genre: Hack and Slash
  • Platforms: Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X-S
  • Release: October 21

It’s been 13 years since Ninja Gaiden 3 was released. Now, the legendary ninja Ryu Hayabusa returns and cuts his way through Tokyo’s enemies with pomp and circumstance. But he’s not alone; the young Yakumo is also playable with his own set of weapons.

Together, the masked heroes must find a way to stop the ongoing miasma rain in Tokyo—and that path is, of course, full of fights.

Now it’s your turn: Feel free to write in the comments whether you like the prospect of new games in October or whether the frustration of the price increase still lingers. Which title are you most looking forward to? Maybe you’ll take a trip down memory lane and dive into Baldur’s Gate 1 and 2?
