Actually, we only wanted to search for peace of mind and enlightenment in The Chant. That’s why we retreat to a deserted island to meditate together with a group of like-minded people. During a chanting ritual, however, something goes terribly wrong and we accidentally open the gate to a nightmare dimension called “The Gloom”. This wants to drive the group mad and manifests their fears as horrible creatures.
However, in The Chant we can also fight back against our pursuers: Fighting and crafting are to be among the game mechanics. The horror game is still scheduled for release in 2022 for PC, Playstation 5, as well as Xbox Series X/S. The Chant will be preceded in the summer of 2022 by The Quarry from the Until Dawn developers, which will send you as a teenager to a creepy summer camp.
